I am so pleased with my care here. Priced out a couple of places and found this office at half the price for a post insertion and root canal removal. Dr. Chanal is easy going, speaks with confidence and gentleness and doesn’t mess about. I trusted her right away and I’m glad I did. She told me things other dentists didn’t. Will be sticking around!

I visited this dental clinic last month and unfortunately had the worst dental cleaning experience I’ve ever had. The dental hygienist barely cleaned my teeth and completely ignored the specific areas of concern I pointed out. Even at the start, when I tried to explain what I wanted her to focus on, she simply brushed it off and said, “Okay, you’ll be able to discuss this with the dentist.” The actual cleaning itself took only about 15–20 minutes, but I ended up being in the chair for about an hour and a half because of how long the X-rays and other prep work took. When I brought up my concerns to the dentist afterward, she was extremely dismissive. She told me that I had already “spent an hour and a half in the chair,” as if that justified the rushed cleaning, and insisted that she wasn’t charging me for a periodontal evaluation even though my insurance was billed for it.It felt very much like I was being blamed for their poor time management. A patient shouldn’t be held responsible for delays caused by the staff, and the quality of the cleaning definitely didn’t reflect the time I was told I was there for. Overall, the experience was dismissive, unprofessional, and not at all what I expected from a dental care provider.
